Saiga-12 Molle Pouches
I have been making pouches for 10rnd Saiga-12 mags for a long time, but just never sat down to make a few to put up on the site. Here are three styles of retention; flapped, bungee and elastic. I can't do a kydex insert because of the size/shape of the mags and even these pouches will not fit evenly on the 1.5" molle spacing. The pouches are 3.5-4" wide so to get an even molle column amount you need to run two on 5 columns.

Fold down GPS pouch
While hiking I noticed how often I check my GPS for distance and elevation information and along the same lines as the fold down radio pouch I thought of this. The GPS shown(Garmin vista HCX and Garmin Summit) is 4"x2.5"x1" unit. There is a small hole cut in the vinyl to allow for the navigation toggle on the Vista. One prototype uses a full cordura shell and the other is made with 2" webbing as the backing. The GPS unit can be removed by folding over the elastic and sliding it out. Also as an option is shock cord to suspend the pouch as it folds down. Both are molle mounted but could easily be used on a belt.

Fold down radio pouch v2
I had wanted to redo this design and refine it a bit. I am still trying to find a solution to make it able to be fully manipulated with one hand and still remain secure with a buckle. this is the latest iteration. The radio can be removed by the shock cord tab. the radio is held horizontal by the shock cord on the sides and as the entire shock cord system is one piece the tension can be controlled by the cord lock on the front.

Kydex pistol pouch
Following the lines of the kydex M4 mag pouches I made some pistol pouches. The mag pictured is a S&W 9mm double stack, however the overall size is similar to that of 9mm Glock mags. the front portion is low enough to allow for easy access and the width is such that you could put may of these next to each other. The downside to making these is that there is so much variation in pistol mag size and I can't go out and buy every mag in every caliber in the hopes that someone will buy it. I usually request the specific mag that the person intends to use these pouches with and return the mag with the finished pouches. Like the M4 kydex mags, the insert is uni-directional (uni = 1, not universal) so to flip directions the inserts are removed and rotated.

Kydex mag pouch
This pouch incorporates the durability of nylon gear and the simplicity of kydex tensioned pouches. The problem with a lot of kydex mag singles is that they are too wide to stack more than one on a vest next to each other. Using a two part pouch I could slim down the profile of the kydex and fit it into a nylon pouch. I also added molle on the front of it so that the user could add whatever pouch they want on it or even stack two on top of one another. I have been working on a version that is taller to allow more mounting options. I have changed the molding of them to allow for the magpul p-mags that have become so popular lately. Shown also is the prototype with no molle on the outside.
The kydex insert is velcroed into the nylon pouch body and is unidirectional. The user can change the direction of the insert by breaking the velcro bond, slipping the insert out and then reinserting it. This pouch can be molded for almost any mag but spacing on a molle vest will cause problems with mags that are larger than M4 mags (m14, AK, etc..) because the pouches will not sit right next to one another on the 1.5" molle spacing. Belt mounting is possible either by requesting a purpose built pouch or by using the molle attachment loops as belt loops.
A comparison of this pouch to others like it can be found here:

LEPAK
I do a lot of things both in design and production for cavalry manufacturing. This is a belt mounted pouch that holds a purpose built trauma kit and gloves. This comes as a full kit from cavalry manufacturing and you can order them through their site: http://www.cavalrymanufacturing.com/medical/LEPAK.html

Fold down radio pouch
This customer wanted to be able to access the face of their radio without having to take it completely from the pouch. I built this pouch so that it would fold down and allow access to the face of it and covered it in vinyl so that the screen could be easily seen. When folded up it was retained by both velcro and a 1" buckle. The radio was retained in the pouch with shock cord so that the retention would be out of the way of cables and the antenna.
It is shown next to a small IFAK I also made.

M4 double
There are so many double M4 pouches on the market it is hard to decide which one is right for you. I tried a number of them before I could make my own gear and found that I liked this about that one and that about this one and so on. I tried to combine the things I liked into one pouch. This has a tight enough body that the mags don't flop around. You can tuck the lid into it and it will keep the mags retained. It has enough velcro purchase that you can run mags with magpuls or ranger plates. It is not wider than 3" so it will sit nicely next to each other. I did in the past make them with elastic and snaps until my source for that ran dry but I haven't found pouches built without lacking in any way. These are shown in multicam, with mags with ranger plates.
Double pistol mag pouch
These are pretty straightforward to make. The body of the pouch leaves enough to grasp it and the flap has enough Velcro to accommodate a lot of various magazines. I try to make them so that they will fit the rage of pistol mags (shown here with 9mm Glock mags) but some things like FN and desert eagle mags just skew the curve a bit.

AK mag pouch V1
This pouch is made to hold two AK type mags with rounds up. Many of the mag pouches on the market seem to sacrifice speed for retention or vise-versa. I tried with this pouch to get enough retention by deepening the mag body and then to have enough left over for the mag to be easily grasped. This mag pouch was done in coyote brown. I recently revised this pouch adding a bit of added retension and will post about the V2 pouch later.

Molle Garand Pouches
For fun, I used my 1943 M1 Garand at a local match and knowing I was lacking for high speed gear, I decided to make some updated kit for it. Originally I tried using a flapped velcro pouch like this one:

But for even more speed in removing the clips I made molded kydex cups and mounted them on a battle belt. I won in my division and beat out some M4 gunners with my old school beauty.

Pouches could be made using either method depending on how much retention is necessary. It was a fun design project and made running that gun just a little faster.
