Competition Rig V1

This Rig is set up for 3 gun competition. The M4 mags are retained by kydex inserts while the subgun mags are held by elastic internally so that the space can accommodate either the pictured MP5 mags or high capacity Glock mags. I made a previous version with two rows of shot shells holding a total of 36 shells but after using it at a match, it was deemed a bit too much weight. The bottom row of molle webbing allows for some customization and can be set up horizontally or virtically.

Competition Rig V2

This rig was built for a competition shooter to carry rifle and shotgun ammo. This rig has internal kydex inserts to provide retention on the mags and has slots on the front of the rig to allow for the addition of California Competition Works shot shell carriers. This rig was set up for a left handed shooter with the mags offset to the optimal position. On the opposite side there was some extra space so I built a IFAK that slips nicely into the space and is retained by a side release buckle. The bottom features belt hanger/duty keepers to keep the rig in place while on the go.

CB OTV

This was a vest built over a soft armor shape. The difference with this one specifically was the shoulder arrangement was overlapping instead of the tunnel and slip pad that I usually do. This vest was made in 500D coyote brown. Sorry for the low quality picture, must have had a smudge on the lens that day.

Kydex pistol pouch

Following the lines of the kydex M4 mag pouches I made some pistol pouches. The mag pictured is a S&W 9mm double stack, however the overall size is similar to that of 9mm Glock mags. the front portion is low enough to allow for easy access and the width is such that you could put may of these next to each other. The downside to making these is that there is so much variation in pistol mag size and I can't go out and buy every mag in every caliber in the hopes that someone will buy it. I usually request the specific mag that the person intends to use these pouches with and return the mag with the finished pouches. Like the M4 kydex mags, the insert is uni-directional (uni = 1, not universal) so to flip directions the inserts are removed and rotated.

3d lid rig in cadpat

This is a lightly padded chest rig with 3 double mag pouches per side. Each pouch was designed to carry 2 M4 mags and can accommodate 1 AK mag as well. The user requested 3D lids for the pouches so I obliged. The base panels have slip pockets behind each mag cell to fit admin stuff.

Telesteps ladder pack

This was a weird gear project but a fun one. A team needed a pack to carry a Telesteps ladder. The pack has strap suspension a back panel to protect the wearer and two buckets to catch the legs of the ladder. The ladder is accessed by unlocking a flapped panel via a side release buckle and then lifting the ladder out. I also added some pull straps so the ladder could be rapidly deployed with gloves on.
