Transformer go-bag

This was a fun project trying to get the best of both worlds. Building a bug-out bag with the ability to turn it into a full on chest rig when necessary. I used a folding molle base and then figured out how to make it taco together with Velcro and then attached pouches on either side. The customer was an AK user and wanted the ability to hold 6 mags and a med kit. This bag could be run in either bag mode where it is less conspicuous or in chest rig mode where it is higher speed. Bungee retention on the bulgy waffle mags, but could be flapped for even more discretion.
